You will manage a department, coach retail staff, drive performance through planning, stock control and visual merchandising, and participate in development pathways within a global fashion retailer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department – planning, stock, planograms and sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants and set daily tasks.
• Motivate and coach the team to deliver an exceptional store environment and customer experience.
• Develop yourself through learning and career pathways.
