Job summary

Superdrug in West Bromwich is seeking a Supervisory role to back the management team in daily store operations, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is 16 hours per week with flexible shifts and pays £13.50 per hour.

You will lead by example, motivate colleagues, and help keep shelves stocked and tills accurate. Day-to-day work offers variety and a real chance to progress within a dynamic high street retailer, with training, holiday allowance, and staff

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast-paced high street team.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs: sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support the store management with day-to-day operations.
• Motivate the team and drive sales in a busy environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain store presentation.
• Assist with stock, till accuracy and loss prevention.
