Superdrug is hiring a Supervisor to lead a small store team in Carrickfergus. The role is 16 hours per week with flexible shifts and a £13.50 per hour rate. You will support the management team day-to-day, drive sales, deliver customer service, and help keep shelves stocked while reducing shrinkage and till errors.

Prior supervisory or team leader experience in fast-paced retail is preferred. Benefits include holiday allowance, staff discounts up to 30%, training, incentives, and access to pay

Formación

• Experience supervising within fast-paced retail.
• Understanding of retail KPIs (sales, profit, service).
• Ability to help others develop and improve skills.
