Job summary

DCK Group is seeking a Retail Team Leader/Supervisor for Glasgow Braehead on a 35-hour week at £13.71 per hour. This is a permanent role with no weekend working, covering Braehead zone and requiring you to drive with your own vehicle. Start date from January 2027 onwards.

The role is multi-site within the zone; you will lead a team of retail associates, maintain visual merchandising standards, and provide line management support. Android/iOS device and mobile apps proficiency are desirable.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a retail setting is a must.
• Confident and positive with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work unsupervised with clear instructions.
• Smart personal presentation as ambassador for brands.
• Driver with own vehicle to cover the zone.

Responsibilities

• Be host and customer-focused with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and visual merchandising.
• Provide line management support to a team of retail associates.
• Follow operational processes for a safe, efficient store environment.
• Use scheduling app on a mobile device to access appointments.
