Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc is seeking a part‑time Supervisor in Leicester to support the store management in daily operations and drive excellent customer service. You will help keep shelves stocked and assist in reducing shrinkage while leading a small team during flexible weekday and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team‑lead experience in a fast‑paced high street retailer preferred.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver customer service that keeps customers returning.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store presentable; help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Contribute to hitting targets and ensuring smooth store running.
