Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Enniskillen is seeking a retail-focused professional for a 6-month maternity cover. The role combines shop floor duties with team coaching to elevate customer experience and store performance.

You will partner with the Store Manager on rota planning, product expertise, and back-office operations while developing the team and delivering on targets. A polished appearance and strong interpersonal skills are essential for representing a luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.
• Availability to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong people skills and ability to adapt to different personalities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on rota planning, sales strategies and plans to make colleagues and customers happier.
• Be the product expert, handle complex questions, demonstrate products and embody the Feel Good Experience.
• Own the operations side, rota management, inventory, cash handling and back-office tasks.
• Develop your team and make targets fun by coaching and motivating growth, turning conversations into purchases.
• Be a brand ambassador, maintain a polished, professional appearance and attention to detail for a luxury boutique.
