Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics in Enniskillen is seeking a hands-on retail professional for a 6-month maternity cover that blends shop floor duties with team coaching. You'll partner with the Store Manager on rosters, sales strategies and delivering the Feel Good Experience to customers.

You will become the product expert, manage operations, and coach your team to meet targets with a fun, engaging approach. Availability during evenings and weekends is required to support store needs and seasonal peaks.

Qualifications

• Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on rota planning, sales strategies and plans to make colleagues and customers happier.
• Be the product expert, handle complex customer questions, demonstrate products and embody our Feel Good Experience.
• Own the operations side, including rota management, inventory, cash handling and back-office work.
