Job summary

Naylor's Equestrian Llp is seeking a Store Colleague in the United Kingdom to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You’ll greet customers, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and support the full customer journey with energy and a team-focused attitude.

In this fast-paced retail role, you’ll learn new skills, assist with till work and store tasks, and contribute to maintaining high presentation standards while supporting our customers and colleagues across busy periods.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
