Naylor's Equestrian Llp in Basingstoke is seeking a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You will greet customers, assist them in finding products, replenish stock, and keep displays sharp to reflect our high standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused retail experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Desire to learn and take on new tasks.
• Must be flexible to weekend/evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
