Job summary

Pilgrims Hospices is seeking a Supervisor for the Tankerton Store to support the retail team and managers in daily shop duties. The role focuses on achieving financial targets, managing stock and merchandising, and maintaining shop administration with strong liaison to volunteers.

The position is permanent and part-time (7 hours/1 day per week) at the Tankerton Store, with flexibility across weekdays. A proactive, commercially minded candidate with good numeracy and communication skills is

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Manager with the day to day running of the shop.
• Meeting agreed financial targets.
• Maintaining effective stock management and merchandising.
• Carrying out shop administration.
• Ensuring adequate security.
• Following health and safety policy & procedures and giving training when needed.
• Implementing and ensuring the growth of our Gift Aid scheme.
