Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty in Bournemouth is seeking a Supervisor on a part-time basis. You will support the Store and Assistant Manager, coaching the team to deliver exceptional results while wearing the Savers uniform and engaging with the local community.

The role offers flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, with 20 hours per week and up to more hours. Salary is £13.50 per hour, with benefits including holiday entitlement and access to wellbeing and discount

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Desire to develop skills to coach others.
• Passionate about Savers products.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store and Assistant Manager in leading and coaching the team to deliver results.
• Be part of a part-time supervisor team, with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Engage with the local community and uphold Savers' standards and customer service.
