Overview

Retail Supervisor - Part Time, 24 hours. We are recruiting for our shop in Devonshire Road, Blackpool. Permanent part time position with a variety of shifts, generally including some weekend work.

Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay rate of £13.11 with a guaranteed minimum of 24 hours per week. This equates to at least £314 per week; overtime may be available for additional earnings. In addition:

Responsibilities
  • Be an important part of the management team and support the manager in leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide a great service to customers
  • Take full responsibility for running the shop in the manager’s absence, ensuring customers are looked after, deliveries are processed quickly and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop
  • Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop the team of retail assistants
  • Take responsibility for controlling operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll
