Retail Supervisor - Farmfoods, Drumchapel, Glasgow

We are seeking a dedicated retail supervisor for our store in Drumchapel, Glasgow City. This is a permanent part-time position, offering a minimum of 24 hours per week, including some weekend shifts.

Compensation includes an hourly rate of £13.11, guaranteeing at least £314 weekly, with potential for overtime earnings.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the management team in leading the shop to deliver excellent customer service
2. Manage shop operations in the manager’s absence, including customer care, deliveries, and routine tasks
3. Open and close the shop, manage cash, place orders, and develop team members
4. Control operational costs such as shrinkage, waste, and payroll
