Job description

We are looking to recruit a new retail supervisor for our shop in Filton, Gloucestershire. We offer a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, with a minimum of 24 hours work each week, including some weekend work.

We offer an hourly pay rate of £13.11, guaranteed a minimum of 24 hours per week, earning at least £314 weekly. Overtime may be available for additional earnings.

As a retail supervisor, you will:

• Support the management team in leading the shop and delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage shop operations in the manager’s absence, ensuring customer care, efficient deliveries, and routine tasks are completed to maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop your team.
• Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste, and payroll.
