Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our locality team in Bristol. This role offers the chance to develop your leadership skills, apply your well-developed clinical expertise to complex situations, and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Main Duties of the Job
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the locality team in Bristol working alongside 3 other locality leads across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.
  • Apply clinical skills to complex clinical situations to deliver coordinated and safe multidisciplinary working.
  • Liaise with health and social care agencies to facilitate safe care.
  • Promote the wellbeing of the team.
  • Lead the referral process on a duty basis.
  • Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team in decision-making processes.

Person Specification
Qualifications (Essential):
  • Clinical qualification in a relevant health profession
  • Current HCPC or NMC registration
  • UK Driving License and access to a vehicle during working hours
Qualifications (Desirable):
  • Training in interdisciplinary leadership
Experience (Essential):
  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Leadership experience
  • Collaborative working to achieve service goals
  • Experience working across organizational and professional boundaries to improve care
