Job summary

Sweaty Betty is seeking a store associate in Edinburgh to join our team. You will help run the store, greet customers, process transactions and maintain visual merchandising to reflect the brand standards.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering excellent service while meeting sales targets. Training and development opportunities are provided to support career growth within Sweaty Betty.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success
• Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience is preferred but not essential
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyle

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean store.
• Act as a role model for the team with a positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create amazing experiences for customers through authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics by supporting in-store marketing and local initiatives.
• Perform duties as assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety and inventory management.
• Own stock management and implement visual merchandising guidelines to deliver store KPIs.
