Job summary

Farmfoods are hiring a Retail Supervisor for our shop in Walton Road, Liverpool. This is a permanent 39-hour full-time role across five days, with shifts from 7am, including weekends. You will earn £13.61 per hour, guaranteeing at least 39 hours weekly with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, team leading or managerial experience in retail is useful.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager in leading the shop team to deliver great customer service.
• Run the shop in the manager's absence, ensure deliveries are quick, and routines are completed for a safe, clean, and tidy store.
• Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders, and develop the retail team.
• Control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll.
