Job summary

Toolstation, part of the Travis Perkins Group, is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Canterbury for a 40-hour week. The role involves leading the team, managing deliveries and stock, and delivering excellent customer service in a busy branch.

You’ll work with the Store Manager to coach staff, maintain standards, and ensure a positive customer experience while staying flexible with early starts and late finishes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in their absence and motivate the team to grow sales.
• Check deliveries, unpack, stock shelves and keep the branch tidy.
• Deliver outstanding service with a friendly demeanor even when busy and coach the team to do the same.
• Ask questions and build relationships to ensure customers leave with everything they need.
• Create a fun, high-standards working environment with strong product availability.
