Job summary

Savers is seeking a Supervisor for our Tottenham store. This part-time role requires 16 hours per week, with shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You will work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager to coach staff and maximise opportunities while maintaining Savers’ standards. Applicants with retail experience who are passionate about the products and customer service will fit well.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Ability to develop skills to coach others.
• Passion for the products sold.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in driving store performance and opportunities.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver excellent service and results.
• Engage with the local community and represent Savers in-store.
