Job summary

Savers is seeking a part-time Supervisor for its Market Harborough store. The role is 30 hours per week with flexibility for more hours; mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends will be discussed at interview.

You will work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager to lead and develop your team in delivering great customer service and store results. We offer a supportive environment with progression opportunities and benefits aligned to retail roles.

• 1+ years of retail experience required.
• Ability to coach and develop junior colleagues.
