Job summary

Savers in Woking is hiring a Part-time Supervisor to join our team. You will work around 20 hours per week with potential to take on more, following flexible patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You’ll work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager, coaching the team to deliver strong results while representing the Savers brand in-store and within the local community. You will lead with energy, prioritise customer service, and drive opportunities to maximise sales,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience is preferred.
• Desire to develop your own skills and help others grow.
• Passion for the products Savers sells and delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store and Assistant Manager to lead the team.
• Coach and motivate colleagues to achieve targets and standards.
• Be a visible, engaging presence in-store and connect with the local community.
