Job Opportunity: Retail Supervisor

Our client is seeking a Supervisor for their retail establishment. This position is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent.

Working Hours

Five days out of seven.

Salary

£30,880 per annum.

Experience and Qualifications

• Managing 30-40 staff members.
• HR experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor.

Operational Responsibilities

• Monitoring staff performance.
• Experience on warehouse and shop floor operations.
• Managing staff rotas.

You will need to be hands-on in your approach.
