Job summary

Farmfoods in Kidderminster is offering a permanent full-time Apprentice Supervisor position. You will learn to supervise daily shop floor operations while delivering great customer service.

The role includes a structured 12-month apprenticeship with regular assessments, a 35-hour week across five days, and paid coursework. You will be supported by an experienced team and have access to a staff benefits package, including discount and wellbeing perks.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive, hardworking approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy with multiple tasks in a small team.
• Flexible with shifts and rota planned three weeks in advance.
• Willing to complete Basic DBS check (England/Wales) or Disclosure Scotland check if hired.

Responsibilities

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and hello.
• Help customers find items and provide fast, friendly till service.
• Handle stock and deliveries, keeping shelves stocked and organized.
• Open and close the shop, manage cash, and support the manager to run the shop.
