• Support the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team, and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Assist with deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch, and prepare orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a smile and coach the team to do the same.
• Build relationships with customers, ensuring they leave with everything they need.
• Create a fun and high-standard working environment that makes the branch a great place to work.
