What You'll Do

Retail Supervisor in Nuneaton Bermuda Park

40 hours per week

You'll be the face of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships, and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than just a store job. As a retail supervisor, you’ll serve customers, support the Store Manager, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. The environment can vary with hot summers and cold winters. If you take pride in your work and that of your team, our customers will notice and appreciate us more.

Day-to-day

• Supporting: Standing in for the Store Manager, motivating and engaging the team, coaching to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in: Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and assembling orders.
• Delivering great service: Ensuring a positive customer experience with a smile, and coaching the team to do the same.
• Building relationships: Making sure customers leave satisfied with everything they need for their jobs.
• Creating a fun environment: Maintaining product availability, high standards, and a welcoming atmosphere at the branch.
