Job summary

Healthy Pet Store in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced and confident Customer Supervisor to help lead our team on the shop floor, support and develop our Customer Advisors, and deliver exceptional experiences for customers and their pets.

This hands-on role requires leadership, a passion for pets, and a track record of managing performance, while maintaining high standards in service, store presentation, and operations.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, team leader or management experience is desirable.
• Experience leading people, giving feedback and managing performance confidently.
• A passion for pets and a genuine interest in animal welfare.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, hands on approach and the ability to lead by example.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Previous retail experience is essential.
• Applicants should be a caregiver of a meat eating pet is desirable.

We're looking for an experienced and confident Customer Supervisor to help lead our team and bring our values to life every day. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be a visible leader on the shop floor, supporting and developing our Customer Advisors while creating exceptional experiences for customers and their pets.

This is a hands on role for someone who genuinely loves animals, values outstanding customer service, and has the confidence to lead, motivate and hold a team accountable to high standards.

Key Responsibilities
