The Role

About You

• Experience in supervisory or team leading roles within fast-paced retail
• Understanding of retail KPIs like sales, profit, and service
• Confidence, resilience, ambition, and the ability to develop others
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided, not essential)
• Success in this role can lead to promotion opportunities
