Job summary

Boundary Outlet in Sheffield is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support daily store operations and lead a dedicated team on the shop floor. You will role-model excellent customer service and oversee stock, displays, and KPI performance.

This full-time role (35 hours across 5 days) offers opportunities for growth, product training, and involvement in a busy, customer-focused environment. Boundary Outlet provides a pension, staff discounts, and development training.

• Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance and achieve store goals.
• Monitor sales and KPIs, and contribute ideas to improve performance.
