Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)

Saturday (7am to 6pm)

Sunday (9am to 4pm)

Responsibilities

WHAT’S IT LIKE TO BE A RETAIL SUPERVISOR?

• Host – you’ll be the team leader, hosting in store, setting an example of what great looks like. You’ll understand customer needs, guide them to the right products, and make shopping easy for them.
• Store standards – ensure smooth operations, including cash reconciliations, handling customer queries, audit compliance, and stock management.
• Part of the team – work with a team that takes pride in their store, collaborates well, and enjoys their work!

Qualifications

• Experience as a supervisor or duty manager, managing a small team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to translate into sales
• Inquisitive, questioning, and committed to continuous improvement
• Passionate about our business
• Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and hardworking
