Job description

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
2. Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feels welcomed and supported.
3. Being a responsible key holder.
4. Using the till, taking orders, and receiving payments.
5. Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary.
6. Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
7. Placing orders for stock to maintain correct stock levels.
8. Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team is proactive at all times.
9. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
10. Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Good communication skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
