We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join our Peter Alexander store in Westfield White City. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Management team, ensuring the store runs smoothly and delivering an exceptional customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Management team to achieve sales targets and drive store performance
• Assist in the development and training of the store team to increase productivity
• Promote a safe working environment for both the team and customers
• Maintain stock accuracy and implement processes to minimise stock loss
• Implement visual merchandising strategies and manage promotional changes
• Ensure store standards are upheld, including housekeeping and recovery
• Contribute to the management of the store rota to ensure optimal coverage

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally in retail
• A passion for team development, with a hands-on approach to coaching and support
• Strong sales focus with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent communication skills, fostering collaboration and teamwork
• Experience in visual merchandising and stock management
• A customer-first mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects the Peter Alexander brand
