Superdrug Stores plc in Kettering is seeking a part-time Supervisor to shape the leadership journey at our High Street location. You will motivate the team, drive sales, and deliver the friendly, expert service our customers expect.

This role offers 16 hours per week with flexible shifts and opportunities to work more hours; compensation is £13.50 per hour. You’ll support the management team with daily store operations and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Experience supervising in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs, including sales and service.
• Ability to develop and coach colleagues.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided).

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
