Girish’s Costcutter in Glasgow is seeking a Store Supervisor to join our busy team. This in-person role offers sponsorship options (terms apply) and requires prior UK retail experience with major retailers.

You’ll help maintain store standards, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment. We provide a friendly, supportive culture, with opportunities for development and flexible shift patterns.

Competenze

• UK retail or customer service experience required (1 year+ preferred).
• Experience with SPAR, NISA, PREMIER, COSTCUTTER, LONDIS, or PETROL STATION is advantageous.
• Proactive, friendly and customer-focused attitude.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Applicants must have prior UK experience working with one or more of the following retailers: SPAR, NISA, PREMIER, COSTCUTTER, LONDIS, or PETROL STATION.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in a UK retail or customer service environment

(preferably within SPAR, NISA, PREMIER, COSTCUTTER, LONDIS, or a PETROL STATION)

Schedule Options

• 24 Hours
• Day shifts, Monday to Sunday
• Overtime and weekend availability

Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus

Location: Glasgow (in-person role)

• Commute: Must be able to commute to Glasgow
• Relocation: Must relocate before starting work (if applicable)
