Retail Supervisor Uxbridge

Key Responsibilities

You will assist your Store Manager with:

1. Leading, training, and motivating the team to meet performance targets and uphold high standards of customer service.
2. Organizing, overseeing, and conducting stock-takes.
3. Daily cashing up.
4. Holding keys, opening and closing the store.
5. Achieving all KPIs and targets set by the company (sales, performance, shrinkage).
6. Overseeing the receipt, checking, pricing, and merchandising of deliveries.
7. Reporting queries and discrepancies promptly.
8. Handling refunds and exchanges.
9. Liaising with and following instructions from Directors and Head Office.
