What you'll do

Retail Supervisor in Didcot

40 hours per week

• Supporting. Standing in for the Store Manager when needed, motivating and engaging the team, coaching to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Mucking in. Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and preparing orders.
• Delivering great service. Providing excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude, and coaching the team to do the same.
• Building relationships. Making sure customers leave satisfied and with everything they need.
• Creating a fun environment. Maintaining high standards and ensuring the branch is a great place to work.
