The Role

What we look for in our Team Leaders goes beyond just great management skills. You will be hands-on and also manage and coach your team—it's real think-on-your-feet work! We recognize you are Superdrug’s future Store Managers.

  • You’ll support the management team in daily business activities.
  • Drive sales while developing and delivering excellent customer service and store standards.
  • Help maximize profit by working to reduce shrinkage, damages, till errors, and costs.
About you
  • Ideally supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
  • Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators, including sales, profit, and service.
  • Confidence, resilience, and ambition with the ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
  • Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided; not essential).
  • Success in this role can lead to further promotion within the company, as we promote from within and reward top achievers.
