Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) to help ensure smooth operation in a major High Street brand.

The role involves supervising frontline teams, handling till and payments, arranging rotas, stock orders, and maintaining food handling and health & safety standards. You'll join a company that values individuals, offers progression, and provides competitive pay across around 6,000 venues.

• Ensuring deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and creating a positive, welcoming environment.
• Acting as a responsible key holder.
• Using the till, taking orders and receiving payments.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as required.
• Producing weekly rotas following manager guidelines.
• Placing orders to maintain stock levels.
• Delegating tasks and keeping the team proactive.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
