Job summary

Global Payments seeks a Senior Strategy Manager to join the Retail Vertical Growth team and help shape the future of global commerce. You’ll own the Retail vertical strategy across NORAM, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, develop thought leadership collateral, and drive cross-regional initiatives.

You’ll support Business Development and Relationship Management with customer meetings, RFPs, and market insights to win in target industries.

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in a Tier 1 payments organisation.
2+ years’ expertise within a retail business.
Strong public speaking and networking abilities.
Payments or financial services experience desirable.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and support commercial strategy for Retail vertical across NORAM, EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
Create collateral to position Global Payments as a thought leader within the vertical.
Coordinate and drive strategic commercial initiatives to grow the vertical.
Support regional BD and Relationship Management with customer meetings, RFPs, target lists, and market insights.
Leverage data and trends to inform product roadmap and voice of customer for target industries.
Support strategy and marketing teams to win as one team.
Build internal networks with stakeholders across BD, RM, Marketing, Product, Legal, Risk and Compliance.
