Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategy and project-based business change delivery work.
• Extreme curiosity to understand and think through underlying challenges of the business.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to identify opportunities and translate into discreet projects.
• Experience of quantitative market research and knowledge of ISV-led payments and B2B2C business models.
• Ability to navigate change with confidence and adapt quickly in a evolving global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage discreet strategic projects across the lifecycle (scope, initiate, execute).
• Own and deliver aspects of periodic strategy refreshes for the International Platforms business.
• Monitor and analyse trends shaping the payments ecosystem (customer behaviour, regulation, payment methods, distribution models).
• Assess strategic implications of market movements for products, customers, partnerships, and geographic footprint.
• Develop market expansion plans and requirements.
• Identify emerging opportunities and risks, distinguishing structural changes from short-term developments.
• Produce and present concise, decision‑oriented reports and presentations for senior leadership.
