Job summary

Toolstation Ltd in Gloucester Barnwood Point is seeking a Retail Supervisor for 35 hours per week. You’ll be the face of Toolstation, leading the team, delivering great service and helping manage deliveries and stock.

You don’t need prior retail experience; we’ll train you. You’ll support the Store Manager, coach the team, and create a welcoming branch where customers leave with everything they need.

Responsibilities

• Standing in for Store Manager when needed and coaching the team to grow sales.
• Checking deliveries, stocking shelves and maintaining branch standards.
• Delivering excellent customer service with a smile even when busy.
• Building relationships with customers to ensure they have everything they need for the job.
• Maintaining product availability and a positive, collaborative work environment.
