Job summary

Prospect Hospice in Swindon is seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead the shop and deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting ambitious income targets.

You will work closely with volunteers and the retail team to drive sales, manage stock and cash handling, recruit and develop volunteers, and build strong community relationships to boost donations and support.
