Cancer Research UK in Stamford is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a diverse team of staff and volunteers, drive store performance, and deliver excellent customer and donor experiences.
You will be responsible for merchandising, stock management, cost control and community engagement, with a DBS check and a permanent contract. Four weeks of training in a training shop are included.

To support your training and development in this role, you will spend 4 weeks in a training shop, learning from a Training Shop Manager, this may be at a different location to the role you applied for.
