Job summary

Ann Summers is seeking a Store Manager for Reading to lead the team and drive strong KPI performance. You will recruit and train staff, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure the store looks its best with compelling VM and presentation of our collections.

You will manage day-to-day operations, plan ahead, and maintain a safe, pro-active store environment while supporting inclusion and team development.
