Ann Summers is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Northampton store. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily operations, and drive KPI performance while upholding the brand's values.

You will coach staff, handle tricky situations with professionalism, and create engaging visual merchandising that highlights our collections. This role offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

• WOW customers with in-store VM and showcase collections to attract attention.
• Ensure smooth and safe store operations with clear delegation and planning.
