Role: Retail Store Manager
Location: Solihull
Contract Type: Permanent - 5 days a week including weekends
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 OTE + Commission

• Support store sales by being commercially savvy and seeking ways to boost revenue and performance.

• Prioritize customer experience for seamless shopping.
• Handle customer feedback professionally to maintain high service standards.
• Build a high-performing team through coaching and training.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to create an engaging store environment.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
