Pay: £29,000 to £33,000

Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the overall management of your store, lead and develop your team, foster community links, and ensure operational excellence. Your responsibilities include recruitment, training, managing KPIs, and maintaining health & safety standards.

Managers are expected to work at least 40 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends. We offer flexible working arrangements to meet store needs.
