Pay: £29,000 to £33,000

Role: Convenience Store Manager

This role involves the overall management and operation of your store. We're seeking exceptional individuals who thrive on challenges and aim to deliver one of the best convenience stores in the country. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a strong team to provide excellent customer service
• Creating a positive working environment
• Building relationships with the local community and hosting events
• Managing daily store operations to ensure high standards
• Recruiting, mentoring, training staff, and shift planning
• Driving the store's growth and meeting KPIs while preparing for the future
• Ensuring efficient, safe, and compliant store operations

Managers are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends. We offer flexible working hours to meet store needs. The role is based in Banchory, with occasional support required at other stores within a 25-mile radius. A full UK driving license and personal vehicle are essential, with mileage reimbursed.
