Mountain Warehouse in Leeds Birstall is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer experiences and leading a high-performing team every day.

You will drive daily operations, coach and develop colleagues, manage stock and visual merchandising, prioritise health and safety, and uphold the Mountain Warehouse brand while aiming to exceed sales targets and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisor role.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on staff development.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team alongside the Store Manager.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and in line with company policies.
• Drive sales, monitor KPIs, manage stock and visual merchandising.
• Maintain high health and safety standards and loss prevention processes.
