Job description

In this role, you will be a key driver of our store’s success, leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for fostering a positive store culture, building strong community partnerships, and achieving business goals. Your responsibilities will include hiring and developing talent, optimizing inventory management, executing strategic product and merchandising plans, and championing retail innovation. Your Mission
  1. Continuously embody and communicate our brand values and philosophy in every interaction, both with the team and customers.
  2. Foster a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects our commitment to excellence and innovation.
  3. Hire, train, and manage Store Advisors, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
  4. Collaborate with the Talent team to oversee talent administration, including payroll, onboarding, career development, and recruitment.
  5. Mentor and coach team members, providing regular feedback and opportunities for growth to enhance their performance and career progression.
  6. Establish and nurture external partnerships to enhance community engagement and strengthen the store's presence in the local market.
  7. Lead initiatives that connect the store with the community, creating meaningful relationships that drive customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
  8. Take full ownership of store performance, driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
  9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to achieve store targets.
  10. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimized stock levels and seamless Back-of-House operations that support Front-of-House customer service.
  11. Support the piloting, testing, and implementation of new retail solutions, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
  12. Champion innovation in the store, encouraging the team to embrace new tools and strategies that enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
  13. Execute the product strategy in collaboration with the sales planning and retail marketing teams to maximize the sales funnel.
  14. Oversee visual merchandising to ensure that product displays are engaging, on-brand, and drive customer interest and sales.
  15. Continuously assess and adjust merchandising tactics to align with store goals and seasonal trends.
  16. Perform additional duties as needed to support the store's operations and achieve business objectives, demonstrating flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.
