JD Sports is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United Kingdom to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and lead a team on the shop floor. You will coach staff, maintain brand standards, and ensure strong customer service across shifts.

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Ability to interpret KPI and sales data for commercial decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations to help achieve sales targets and core KPIs.
• Lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, allocating tasks and maintaining standards.
• Assist with coaching and development, providing real-time feedback.
• Maintain high presentation, pricing accuracy, tidy displays and a safe environment.
• Handle cash, till checks, deliveries, stock audits, opening/closing routines and escalate issues.
